When Faith Is Just “God, Please Hold Me Together”

Some days “faith” looks strong and confident.
Other days it looks like this:
“God, I’m exhausted.
Please don’t let me fall apart today.”
Both count.
God is not shocked by your fear, your questions, or your anger.
He already sees it. He already loves you. He’s not going anywhere.
You don’t have to impress Him.
You don’t have to pretend you’re fine.
You’re allowed to be tired.
You’re allowed to lean.
If you’d like prayer today, you don’t need to explain everything.
Just say, “Pray for me,” and we will.
You are not walking this alone.
