Cancer affects the whole circle

One thing I wish more employers understood:

Cancer does not affect one person.
It affects a whole circle.

The employee.
The spouse.
The caregiver.
The family.
The teammate.
The manager.

That’s why support has to be broader than just “the employee in treatment.”

The circle matters.
