Cancer changed what I understood

Before my diagnosis, I cared about people.

After my diagnosis, I understood them differently.

I understood how lonely this journey can feel.

How much people want to talk.
How much they need to be heard.

That’s part of why I care so deeply about what happens when cancer shows up in the workplace.

Because employees don’t stop being human when they log in.

They need support there too.
