Generic support gets ignored

The workplace does not need more generic support language.
It needs support that feels:
specific,
private,
human,
and relevant to what people are actually carrying.
Cancer creates a different kind of burden.
So the support has to be different too.
That’s why I don’t think this is a “nice to have” issue for employers.
I think it’s one of the hidden care gaps inside a lot of organizations.
