HR cannot carry this alone

HR plays a critical role.

But HR cannot carry the entire cancer support burden alone.

Managers need training.
Coworkers need awareness.
Employees need private support.
Caregivers need to feel seen.

And leaders need a better framework for what “good support” actually looks like.

This is not a one-department issue.

It is a culture issue.
