Living Forward

Jan 27, 2026

Survivorship doesn’t always announce itself.

There isn’t always a clear moment where you feel finished or free.

Often, it shows up in the middle of an ordinary day, when you realize you’re still here and still becoming.

Life after cancer can feel unfamiliar.

Not bad. Just different.

Your body may need more patience.
Your time may feel more valuable than it once did.

That’s not something to fix. It’s something to honor.

Living forward doesn’t mean forgetting what you’ve been through.

It means allowing what you’ve learned to shape how you live now.

More intentionally.
With a little more care for yourself.

You don’t need a grand plan for the future.

You are allowed to take life as it comes and trust that this version of you knows what it’s doing.

Today doesn’t have to prove anything.

It only has to be lived.
