They are underprepared.
They want to say the right thing.
They want to support well.
They just haven’t been taught how to handle:
serious illness,
disclosure,
privacy,
accommodations,
caregiver strain,
return-to-work conversations.
That gap creates pain for employees and anxiety for leaders.
Training closes that gap.
