Policy is not the same as support

A company can have strong policies and still leave people feeling alone.

Policy matters.

But policy without human support can still feel cold.

What people remember is:
who made space for them,
who respected their privacy,
who checked in well,
who made it safe to be honest.

That is the difference between compliance and care.
