Privacy is the real issue

A lot of support programs go unused for one simple reason:

People do not feel safe using them.

Not because they do not need help.

Because they do not want:
exposure,
labels,
pity,
awkwardness,
or to be treated differently at work.

Privacy is not a detail.

It is often the difference between “we offer support” and “people actually use support.”

That is why private spaces matter.
