Small Glimpses of Hope

Jan 17, 2026

One thing I’ve noticed over the years is that hope doesn’t always arrive in big, dramatic ways.

Most days, it shows up in small, quiet moments that are easy to overlook.

A message from someone you hadn’t heard from in a while.
A day where your body feels just a little lighter than yesterday.
A laugh you didn’t expect to have.

To me, these are little reminders that God is still at work, even when the bigger things feel slow to change. Not everything is fixed, but not everything is dark either.

You don’t have to ignore the hard parts of your story to notice the good ones.
Both can live in the same day.

Today, I’d like to invite you to do something simple:

Look back over your day and find one small glimpse of hope.

It might be a person, a moment, a sentence, or even just a bit of quiet in the middle of noise.

Hold on to that one thing.

Let it be your reminder that you are not forgotten, and that light is still finding its way to you.
