Strong people need support too

Someone once told me, “You’re so strong.”

I know they meant it kindly.

But sometimes “strong” feels like a job description.

Like you’re not allowed to need anything.

If you’re the person everyone calls “strong,” please hear this:

You can be strong and still need support.

Strong and still need prayer.

Strong and still need a safe place to talk.
