Support has to feel usable

A benefit can be valuable on paper and still go unused.

Why?

Because people ask:
Will this stay private?
Will I feel seen or managed?
Will this actually help?
Will I have to explain too much?

If support feels heavy, clinical, or exposing, people will avoid it.

The best support lowers friction and lowers fear.
