Today Still Belongs to You

Jan 26, 2026

Some days, cancer doesn’t leave much room for us.

Still, today belongs to you.

Even in treatment, even in waiting, even in uncertainty, there are moments that are yours alone.

Those moments matter.

You don’t have to “win” the day for it to count.
You don’t have to feel strong or optimistic.
You just have to be here.

I’ve learned that presence is a kind of courage.

Showing up for today, without demanding more of yourself than today requires, is enough.

If this Monday feels heavy, let it be simple.

If it feels light, receive that without guilt.

Either way, you are not behind.
You are not failing.

Today still belongs to you.
