Training is not extra

I don’t see workplace training around cancer as “extra.”

I see it as one of the missing links.

Because the issue is not only whether a company cares.

The issue is whether leaders know how to respond with confidence, privacy, and compassion when the moment arrives.

Good intent is not enough.

People need practical tools.
