Why I’m optimistic

I’m optimistic because I think employers are more open to this conversation than ever before.

Not because they have solved it.

Because many know they haven’t.

They know managers are underprepared.
They know caregivers are carrying too much.
They know generic support goes unused.

Awareness is not the end goal.

But it is a very real beginning.
