If someone you love is walking through cancer, you do not need perfect words.
You need presence.
Try this instead of “Let me know if you need anything”:
“I can bring dinner Tuesday or Thursday.”
“I can drive you to your appointment.”
“I can check in every Friday.”
“I’m here, and I’m not going anywhere.”
People may not remember every word.
But they remember who stayed.
