You can listen quietly, join the discussion, or share when it feels right. There’s no pressure to speak. It’s a calm, supportive hour where people who understand come together.

Yes. Registering once gives you the link and reminders so you don’t have to track anything yourself. After that, you’re welcome to join any weekly session that fits your schedule.

They are faith-friendly. Many who attend lean on their faith during hard seasons, and that perspective is welcome. But nothing is ever required. No one is preached to, and no one is pressured. You’re free to participate from your own beliefs, doubts, or questions.

Most CancerTalks last about an hour. If you need to arrive late or leave early, that’s completely fine. Life is already demanding enough—this space should feel supportive, not scheduled around you.
